    b. GI-> stomach, small bowel, pancreas, hepatobililary, 
5.Dx:
    Amsterdam criteria I
1. at least three relatives colonrectal CA, at least one 1st relative <- familail
2. at least two generation <-heredity
3. at least Dx  <50 y/o <- heredity
4. exclude FAP
