健保局的財報:
目前的財報到公佈至98年度,也就是文中作者所查詢的年度.根據98年度現金流量表最下方的"期末現金及約當現金"一欄,目前健保局可用的資金是156億左右,作者所述之170億這數字不知道是哪裡看來的?
