1. ascending -> ulceration-> intermittent bleeding 
    a. OB may (-)
    b. hypochromtic microcytic anemia (IDA)
    c. fatigue, palpitation,...etc
2. transverse/descending -> mass obstruction
    a. abd cramping
    b. less obstruction, perforation
    c. napkin sign / apple-core sign
3. rectum ->
    a. tenesmus, hematochezia, stool caliber narrow -> like hemorrhoid
    b. anemia infrequent!
