[clinical picture]
under 40 or 45 y/o, male, smoker, complain of digital/toe pain/ischemia

[Symptom]
triad: claudication of distal extremity, Raynaud's phenomenon, migratory superficial vein thrombophleblitis
1.early:
   a. superficial vein thrombophleblitis -> very early !
2.late:
   a. ischemia -> ulceration -> gangrene of toe/finger , pain at rest
   b. trophic nail change
   c. normal brachial/popliteal pulse, reduce/absent tibial/ulnar/radial pulse
